To be honest, I forgot to give you a tip when I wrote the cheque for your services. I felt badly about that. I remembered later and was reminded again once I got the regular service set up for my brother.
I was so glad that you could come with less than a day's notice (and all the way from Kitchener at that!). You really helped me to feel hopeful about my brother's situation. With the regular service, he should be okay. Thanks for your professional, non-judgemental attitude. If you ever need a reference, I'd be happy to provide it.

On behalf of my brothers and sisters, I’d like to thank you for your prompt response to my first email to you and your company. My sibs and I are a little too old to ‘clean up and clean out’ and we were NOT looking forward to the arduous job of sorting through our 83 year old mom’s collection of ‘stuff’. She was a pack-rat and we found it amazing (and slightly disturbed) at how much ‘stuff’ she had collected and stored in a one bedroom apartment. We had the time to take what we wanted and/or needed (which wasn’t much – trust me) and left the rest to you. You can’t imagine our surprise and shock when you called and told us that you had found her silverware chest... we had no idea that we had left that behind but when we consider the state of the apartment, we were just ecstatic to keep that heirloom in our family.
Clean Up & Clean Out did in 2 days what we were thinking was going to take us 2 weeks... during the heat of the summer in a poorly air conditioned apartment building! You separated all the recyclable ‘stuff’ & clothing and the rest was dealt with in a very timely and professional manner.
